- Digital Content and Waiver of Withdrawal Rights

- Refund Eligibility
Refunds are provided only under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Non-Delivery: If you are unable to access the digital content due to a systemic failure on our server side, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours of you notifying us via email at knife@bullseyefruittoss.com.
Duplicate Charges: If a technical error results in a duplicate transaction for a single order, a refund will be issued for the duplicate amount upon verification of the transaction records.
Refunds will not be granted for subjective dissatisfaction with the game content, hardware compatibility issues on your local device, or a change of mind after the digital content has been accessed.
